About Us

Bacchus Marsh Caravan Park is conveniently located just 1km west of Bacchus Marsh town centre. Originally established in the 1950s we have had a long history in our beautiful town.

Local features include; rivers and gorges, historic buildings and the Avenue of Honour with seasonal fruit, vegetable and flower stalls. We have lots of wonderful cafes, restaurants and hotels in town. As well as a large local shopping centre.

We are centrally located only 40 minutes from the Melbourne airports (Tullamarine & Avalon) and the Tasmanian Ferry Terminal, Melbourne CBD, Geelong and Ballarat.

In addition to the traditional powered caravan and camping sites, we offer fully self-contained cabins to suit every budget.

Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer permanent living.

So if you’re visiting friends or relatives, working in town or just passing through…we look forward to welcoming you!

The owners were really accommodating when we couldn't fit in our original site and managed to find another option on a good friday. It is a small caravan park and facilities are clean and maintained but there isn't anything for the kids to do. Town is around a km down the road with lots of different food options and there are a few parks/playgrounds 1-2km from the accommodation. Thank you for a great stay guys.

What a gem 💎 we stopped here over night and it was fabulous., Lovely, friendly management, clean and secure facilities. Will have to come back for a longer stay and explore the area more. But definitely worth the stop.

If you need a stopover in the Marsh, powered sites with water and super clean facilities then you cant go wrong. Big shout out to Kim for accomodating me at short notice and with no fuss at all. Superb customer service. Thank you.

We stayed two nights in one of the newer cabins. Very clean and had everything needed. We have stayed in hundreds of CP’s (yes, hundreds) when traveling in our Motorhome, but doubt I would stay here using it as a CP. It’s old, tired and quite away from the centre. But the cabins are a different story. Expensive for what is essentially ‘one room’ but Bacchus Marsh has a shortage of accommodation at the best of times. So one pays what is asked.
