Local features of beautiful Bacchus Marsh

For further information a visit to our local library and Visitor Information Centre is a must.

Bacchus Marsh is situated in a fertile fruit growing, dairying, pastoral and market garden area.

Our caravan park is conveniently located to regional centres including:

Bushwalk along the Werribee and Lerderderg Rivers and take in the scenic lookouts Parks Victoria

Nearby Exford Weir and Pykes Creek Reservoir offer BBQ facilities, fishing, swimming and boating for the water sport enthusiast.

CityLink

If you are travelling through Melbourne, we recommend getting a CityLink pass rather than trying to navigate around the ring road and through suburban highways. A CityLink pass enables you to travel right through the centre of Melbourne on dedicated smooth CityLink tollways so you can go directly through to the North (Tullamarine and Calder), South  and East Freeways. For Citylink passes click here.

V/Line Train

Instead of driving into Melbourne to have a look around, a 45-50 minute train ride will get you there without the hassle of traffic and parking. The V/Line Train service, Melbourne to Ballarat, runs frequently throughout the day, stopping at Bacchus Marsh within every hour.

You will need a Myki Pass to travel on our buses and trains. These are available from the 7/11 next door to the park.
