Residential Options

Types of Residential Accommodation

An approved resident may occupy a residential site in one of two ways:

1. as a tenant who arranges to relocate their own transportable home or caravan on to one of our sites, and pays a weekly site fee.
2. as a tenant who rents one of the park owned cabins or caravans and pays a weekly rental fee.

Becoming a Resident in our Park

We provide several different accommodation options for residential tenancy in our park. We have park owned dwellings, caravans with alluminium annexes and ensuite cabins. We also have designated sites to rent, for those who have their own dwellings. Before occupying any residential site, a prospective tenant is required to complete and submit a "Tenancy Application Form". Only those who submit a successful application will be offered tenancy, subject to availability.

Fees

Fees are applicable as of the 1st March 2010
Prices are subject to change.
All prices quoted exclude GST.
GST = 5.5% on all rental fees

The fee structure for a privately owned dwelling

Site Rental

$86.00 (+ GST) / week for a single person and an additional $6.00 (+ GST) / week for each extra person.

Power - each site is independantly metered and the tenant is charged according to the usage for that site. Power meters are read every fortnight.

The fee structure for a park owned dwelling

En-Suite Cabins

$190.00 (+GST) / week for a single person and an additional $20.00 (+GST) / week for each extra person.

Power - each site is independantly metered and the tenant is charged according to the usage for that site. Power meters are read every fortnight.

Caravans with Aluminium Annexe

$150.00 to $170.00 (+GST) / week for a single person and an additional $20.00 (+GST) / week for each extra person.

Power - each site is independantly metered and the tenant is charged according to the usage for that site. Power meters are read every fortnight.

*All rent is required to be paid 4 weeks in advance at time of occupancy and maintained at a minimum of two weeks in advance, at all times.
