Deposits will only be refunded if the Park is notified in writing of the cancellation, up to 2 days before your scheduled arrival. An administration fee of $20 will be withheld.
If notice of cancellation is received after 10am on the day before your scheduled arrival, the park may retain all of the deposit.
There will be no refund on early check outs.
All bookings must be confirmed with credit card details at the time of booking. If you do not have a credit card a deposit in the form of a cheque or money order must be received within 7 days to secure the booking.
